We are committed to supporting our community by providing essential resources and information about NARCAN® (naloxone), a life-saving medication used to reverse opioid overdoses. Opioid overdose deaths are preventable, and having NARCAN® on hand can make the difference in an emergency situation.

What is NARCAN®?
NARCAN® is a nasal spray that can reverse the effects of an opioid overdose. It works by rapidly restoring normal breathing to someone who has overdosed on opioids, such as heroin, fentanyl, or prescription pain medications.

NARCAN® is available at our OC-ADCAT office. In addition, we offer resources on how to obtain NARCAN® and receive training on its proper use.
